Which Paymani product should I use first?

Well, it depends on the treatment, but, in general, it would be like this:

• Cleansing milk ( Cleasing Milk ), always the first . With a cotton pad and then rinse with water. If you use soap, Natural Soap the same, it comes first, morning and night.

• Hydrating Tonic before Firming Serum . Whenever you apply hyaluronic acid, you must first moisten the skin , so that the acid encapsulates that moisture and causes it to penetrate the skin. If you don't add moisture first, the acid will use what your skin has and, therefore, will tend to dry it out. By applying Hydrating Tonic before the Firming Serum, the hyaluronic acid will act as a vehicle to transport the hydration, vitamins and antioxidants of the tonic so that they penetrate your skin and act at their maximum expression.

• Hydrating Tonic before Balance Liquid . Balance Liquid helps change the PH of the skin (reduces acidity). Thanks to this, it combats stains, grease and other imperfections such as pimples or irritations. After applying it, it is advisable to hydrate the area with Hydrating Tonic. First, to provide comfort to the skin with hydration, and then to provide it with vitamins and antioxidants, which help its regeneration. 

• Natural Rich and Abundance Cream. Natural Rich in the morning and Abundance Cream at night.

If you want to regenerate and nourish fully, put Abundance first and then Rich to act as a barrier.

Why does the texture of Paymani creams change depending on the time of year?

Natural Rich Cream, Abundance Cream and Royal Cream are an emulsion of vegetable oils and vitamin E to preserve them.

Throughout the year, depending on the ambient temperature, their texture changes: in winter you will notice them harder and in warm months more unctuous.

There are many users who keep them in the refrigerator. First, so that they are preserved better (remember that it is a living product) and, second, to apply it fresh, which is more pleasant.

How long does the hydration of Paymani creams last on my skin?

In general, on medium dry skin, applying Natural Rich or Abundance Cream in the morning, hydration lasts all day. But, on very dry skin, more applications may be necessary. And, the same goes for the body creams, Royal Cream and Body Cream.

Our founder, Mahnaz Paymani, has always said that dryness is a symptom of aging, meaning that if we notice dry and tight skin it means it is deteriorating. Therefore, if you don't wear makeup, don't be afraid to apply a little cream on your face at midday or mid-afternoon. And on the body, apply as many times as your skin asks you to.

Your skin will thank you, in that moment and also in the long run.

Can I find Paymani at any point of sale?

Have they been tested on animals or do they contain harmful ingredients?

We guarantee that all our products and ingredients are cruelty-free and have not been tested on animals.

In addition, they are free of parabens, petrolatum, silicones, lanolins and other added ingredients.

How long will my Paymani product last once opened?

Your Paymani products have been made with natural ingredients and under rigorous controls, so that they meet all your demands.

Depending on the batch and the specific product, they will have a longer or shorter expiration date, which indicates how long they will last closed and without having been opened.

We suggest that you purchase the product when you are going to use it, to minimize storage time. It is also advisable to keep them closed and in a cool, dry place until use. As for the creams, above 25 degrees we recommend that you keep both Natural Rich Cream, Abundance Cream and Royal Cream in the refrigerator, to preserve their properties.

On each container you will find an icon that represents an open container. Inside, a number appears with the letter M. This symbol tells you how many months your product lasts once opened. If, for example, it says 6M it means that, after opening, it can be kept in perfect condition for 6 months.

You can also prevent deterioration of your Paymani product, especially creams, by using a clean utensil to remove the product from the container or by doing so with dry, clean hands.

Shipping Questions

What is the shipping cost?

For shipments to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, the shipping cost will be free on orders over 19 euros.

Canary Islands: 19.55 Euros

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we are happy to say that we do ship outside the national territory.

Transportation varies depending on the destination and of course the weight of the shipment, which is why we cannot offer a standard rate.

Are there import taxes and fees?

Customers outside of Europe will be required to pay taxes applicable to their country, which are determined by the local government.

In most cases these fees and/or taxes must be paid prior to receipt of the product.

Paymani does not offer refunds on orders that have been refused by customs due to non-payment of import fees.

Since Paymani establishes these charges, we cannot offer you an estimated cost of them. If this is your case, please read your country's import requirements carefully.

When will my shipment leave?

For national shipments, within the Peninsula, at Paymani we have an agreement with the courier company whereby once the order is collected by them in our warehouse, they must deliver it within 24 hours. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, shipped and in your hands. For the Balearic Islands and Europe, transport times are 3 days. For the Canary Islands they are one week.
