Returns

Can I return a product purchased from the online store?

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, you may return it within 15 business days from the date of purchase.

Returns will only be accepted in cases attributable to Paymani. Returns will not be accepted for products whose packaging, label, or contents are damaged or have been tampered with.

What is the process to request a refund?

To request a return, you must contact Paymani via email.

Send an email to info@paymani.es with the subject line: “Product return” and include an explanation of the reasons. You may also call us at (+34) 654 779 091 (Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. GMT +01:00).

How will I receive the refund?

Once we verify that the product is defective, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will issue a refund to the bank account you provided when placing the order, within a maximum of 15 business days.

Shipping costs for product returns

Shipping costs in the event of a return will be covered by Paymani.

Conditions for returning a product

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

You must send an email to tienda@cremacosmeticanatural.es stating the reasons for the return and providing your address and contact details.
