Legal Bases of the "5 EUROS GIFT" promotion
Identification of the organizing company
The person Verónica Azcárate Ostolaza, representative of the Paymani Cosmética Cientifica Natural brand (hereinafter “Paymani”), with tax address at Calle Velero, 4, P-9 in Alicante and with DNI 44130076E, has organized this campaign titled Gift 5 Euros.
Start and end dates of the promotion and geographical scope
The start date of the draw will be July 15 at 0:00 a.m. and will end on August 15, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. You can participate only in that period of time.
The campaign is aimed at users from any country in the European Economic Community.
Paymani reserves the right to postpone or extend the draw period in case of force majeure, as well as the power to interpret these legal terms and conditions.
Rules and conditions to participate
Natural persons over 18 years of age residing in any country of the EEC may participate in the promotion. Only one order per person is allowed.
Paymani employees or family members up to the first degree may not participate. The participation of fraudulent, duplicate or not real profiles will also not be allowed.
Only one order can be placed per person and postal address.
To participate you must register for the promotion using your real name, phone number and a valid email address.
Paymani reserves the right to make changes to the campaign during its development, if any cause occurs that prevents it from being brought to a successful conclusion or in order to improve its progress.
Value and nature of the prize offered
The prize is a coupon worth 5 euros redeemable in the paymani.es online store for Paymani products on purchases over 20 euros.
Personal data protection
The data provided by the participants will be treated confidentially and compiled in an automated personal data file, with Paymani being the owner and responsible for said file, with the aim of:
- Manage the participation of registrants and contact them.
- Send Paymani commercial information.
Paymani guarantees full compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data and the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) of the European Union, in the processing of personal data collected in the “Gift of 5 euros” promotion, especially with regard to the attention to the exercise of the rights of information, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data of the participants.
Penalties in case of fraudulent use
We will understand as fraud the use of independent platforms or applications to obtain more participation in the promotion, as well as behaviors that we detect as apparently abusive and/or malicious.
The verification of any of these practices will mean the cancellation of orders that we consider have arrived through means that are not permitted in the promotion.
Paymani reserves the right to take legal action against those who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the promotion.
Paymani is exempt from any liability for damages that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the application through which the promotion is participated, to the fraud of the utility that users could have attributed to the itself and access to the different pages and submission of participation responses through the Internet.
