Shipping & Returns

Where I can get my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc.; never at a post office box).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In the case of Spain, orders made to Paymani, both for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, will take 1 to 3 business days. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, it will take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered to the address you indicate.

If you place the order on Friday, the shipment will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping costs

For shipments to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, the shipping cost will be free, from a purchase of 19 Euros.

Shipping costs for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

Canary Islands: 19.55 Euros

Ceuta and Melilla: 18.29 Euros

Can I track the status of my order?

You can request by email to info@paymani.es that we tell you the Delivery Note number for tracking on the NACEX website, following this link: http://www.nacex.com/

What is the home delivery process?

When you confirm your purchase, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order is going to leave the warehouse), along with a tracking number (with a link to the courier company's website). Within a period of 1 to 3 business days, the carrier will take the order to your home.

What is the home delivery time?

When the order has been confirmed by Paypal or Credit Card or in the event that once the order has been placed by cash on delivery (3% expenses), the order will be shipped within the following 24-48 hours as long as the order has been confirmed. Monday to Thursday. In the case of placing the order on Friday, the delivery of the order will be made from the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may be delivered starting the following Tuesday.
To ensure the correct delivery time, you can indicate whether you want delivery to be made in the morning or afternoon during the data confirmation process within the comment field.

Returns

Can I return a product purchased in the online store?

If you receive a product in poor condition or the order is in error, you can return it within 15 business days from the date of purchase.

Product returns will not be accepted except in cases attributable to Paymani. Returns will not be accepted for products whose packaging, label or content is damaged or has been tampered with.

What is the process to request a refund?

To make the return you must contact Paymani via email. Send us an email to info@paymani.es indicating in the subject: “product return” and explaining the reasons for it. You can also call us at (+34) 654 779 091 (Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. GMT +01:00).

How will I receive the amount of refund?

After checking whether the product is defective, you will receive a confirmation email and we will credit the bank account you indicated when placing the order within a maximum period of 15 business days.

Shipping costs for product returns

Shipping costs, in the event of a return of merchandise, are borne by Paymani.

Conditions to proceed with the return of a product

The product to be returned must be with the original packaging. An email must be written to info@paymani.es indicating reasons and providing address and contact information.
