Winter can be very hard on dry and delicate skin.
The cold wind from the street and the dryness and heat of the interiors deteriorate the skins. It is normal for you to find it more irritated, red, sensitive, peeling and lifeless looking.
You can have soft and vibrant skin by following a few simple steps. You may think that it requires more time, but it is possible to maintain it over time by dedicating a few minutes a day to yourself and your skin:
Steam + exfoliation
You need to exfoliate your skin in winter! It may be counterintuitive, but your flaky, sensitive, red skin also needs exfoliations during the winter. But be careful, a gentle exfoliant on your skin.
The exfoliant helps eliminate dead cells and renew tissue much faster to have softer, fresher and “alive” looking skin.
You also help the active ingredients in your skin care routine to be absorbed much better.
We suggest a gentle and gentle exfoliant for your skin such as the Regenerating Mask .
Slide the mask over your face and let it sit, then remove it with circular movements and water.
Before exfoliating : Steam helps open your skin pores and makes it much easier to exfoliate and remove all dead cells.
You can do it right after the shower or prepare a hot, wet towel and put it on your face (be careful with the temperature of the towel), or put your head over a bowl of boiling water and the steam will open your pores.
Take advantage of the humidity when you get out of the shower.
Moisturize your skin immediately after getting out of the shower. Since the dry air in winter can absorb that moisture in just minutes.
In winter we recommend applying Royal Cream , as it is capable of rebuilding, protecting and rehydrating your skin even in situations of extreme dryness.
Touch the cream with your fingertips and you will have enough for an entire leg, arm, etc. Obviously, if your skin needs more hydration: give it what it needs!
After showering, apply Royal Cream all over your body.
Take advantage of liquid moisturizers.
Liquid moisturizers? Yeah. Facial mists that also have vitamins, minerals, moisturizing and tightening properties.
Immediately after washing your face, apply Hydrating Tonic to rehydrate your skin. It is an infusion of red fruits (they provide antioxidants), and formulated with vitamins C and E, Zinc and iron.
This provides immediate hydration.
Layers
Our last trick is to be smart and layer products:
Hydrating mist like Hydrating Tonic , then a layer of nourishing facial you can use Natural Rich Cream or Abundance Cream and then our serum with hyaluronic acid to seal and finish this routine.
Why do we end with the serum? Because Fiming Serum has a key ingredient: hyaluronic acid, which retains and traps moisture in your skin.
If your skin is dry, it can't retain moisture and traps what little moisture you have on your face.
One last tip: if your skin is thirsty, it easily shows it. Moisturize as many times as you consider necessary and always carry Hydrating Tonic in your bag to provide liquid hydration.
