There is a connection between hair loss and excess fat. Did you know?
This is not the case in all cases, but we have to try to regulate the oil in the scalp to avoid excess hair loss and avoid baldness or alopecia.
Why are baldness and oily hair related?
When the sebaceous glands work excessively, the scalp fills with oil and in turn all the hair becomes oily.
The real problem occurs when these glands clog the hair follicle with fat. They cause an obstruction where the scalp is not able to oxygenate itself or receive nutrition, the hair weakens and begins to fall.
In turn, this becomes a vicious circle, since the obstruction causes more sebum to be produced, therefore more oil. That's why it's important to stop it in time.
If my hair falls out, will new ones grow? On a regulated scalp, yes. But not on a scalp with excess sebum.
