Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, workplace, etc. — never at a P.O. box).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For orders within Spain, deliveries to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will take 1 to 3 business days to arrive at the address provided.

If the order is placed on a Friday, it will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping costs

For deliveries to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, shipping is free on orders over €19.

Shipping costs for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are as follows:

  • Canary Islands: €19.55

  • Ceuta and Melilla: €18.29

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. You can request your delivery note number via email at info@paymani.es to track your order on the NACEX website, using the following link: http://www.nacex.com/

What is the home delivery process?

Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (when your order leaves our warehouse), along with a tracking number and a link to the courier company’s website. Within 1 to 3 business days, the courier will deliver your order to your address.

What is the home delivery time frame?

Once your order is confirmed via PayPal or credit card, or in the case of cash on delivery (with a 3% fee), it will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours, provided the order is confirmed Monday through Thursday.

If the order is placed on a Friday, delivery will begin from the following Monday.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may be delivered starting the following Tuesday.

To ensure proper delivery timing, you can indicate whether you prefer morning or afternoon delivery in the comments field during the checkout process.

 

Returns

Can I return a product purchased from the online store?

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, you may return it within 15 business days from the date of purchase.

Returns will only be accepted in cases attributable to Paymani. Returns will not be accepted for products whose packaging, label, or contents are damaged or have been tampered with.

What is the process to request a refund?

To request a return, contact Paymani via email.

Send an email to info@paymani.es with the subject line: “Product return” and explain the reasons for the return. You can also call us at (+34) 654 779 091 (Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. GMT +01:00).

How will I receive the refund?

Once we verify the product is defective, you will receive a confirmation email and we will issue a refund to the bank account you provided when placing the order, within a maximum of 15 business days.

Shipping costs for product returns

In the case of a product return, shipping costs will be covered by Paymani.

Conditions for returning a product

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

You must send an email to info@paymani.es, stating the reasons for the return and providing your address and contact information.
