Words are powerful.
The words we think, speak, and hear can build us up or tear us down. Words affect our mood and how we think about ourselves.
Even words can affect our body.
The power of words is why we like praise and yet continue to struggle with criticism.
This is also why it is so important that we take time to think about what we say, to ourselves and to others.
We need more words in our daily vocabulary that encourage and inspire us, words that, just by saying them out loud or contemplating their meaning, make us feel better, brighter, or a little more hopeful.
Today we want to share with you the 3 words that will build your daily life to have a fuller and healthier life.
1-Resilience
What a powerful word! In psychology it is used to describe a person's ability to overcome traumatic life circumstances. Such as the death of a loved one, accidents, etc.
Think, have you experienced something traumatic and have you overcome it with effort and work? Surely yes.
We all go through something in life that has given us the famous click , where you surely have to rebuild yourself, with time and patience.
That's being a resilient person, and you probably are and you don't know it yet.
Resilience reminds us that no matter what is happening in the world, when we are ready, we can choose to return to a positive, optimistic outlook that improves our lives and the lives of those around us.
2-Pro-age
The anti-age movement made us believe for decades that being older was not valuable, that we hide our age, that we are afraid of turning years old and that above all: it does not show.
Being pro-age encourages many women to stop hiding their age and accept out loud that we get better with age!
Life is good! And it doesn't stop at 30, in fact it improves as the years go by!
As time goes by, there are so many new things to discover and enjoy, which deserve to be lived with great joy.
3-Insight
An ideal word for older women: Insight.
Insight refers to having keen insight and the ability to see through falsehoods to real intentions and motives.
Insight is part of wisdom, as are insight, knowledge, and experience. As we age, as we learn and experience more about the world, other people, and ourselves, our insight grows.
With time and experience comes clarity that helps you determine the best path for you in any circumstance.
Combine intelligence, experience, intuition and knowledge to see clearly and choose wisely.
